NEW CITY MANAGER
The City of Clayton has chosen Craig S. Owens as the new city manager. Since 2005, Owens has served as city manager for the city of Rowlett, Texas. He has more than 17 years of city management experience in the St. Louis, Kansas City, Chicago and Dallas metropolitan areas.

Before joining Minnesota State University in 2004, Hundley was assistant chancellor for university advancement and executive director of major gifts at the University of Wisconsin Platteville for nearly 10 years.
