FORTUNE NAMES CH2M HILL ONE OF BEST COMPANIES FOR WHICH TO WORK

CH2M HILL has been named one of America’s top 100 employers by FORTUNE magazine for the second time in the past three years. The firm was selected, in part, because of its competitive compensation and benefits packages, open and accessible communication practices, employee-ownership culture, learning opportunities and work-life balance programs. The top employers were chosen after an extensive nomination and application process. Two-thirds of each employer’s score was based on how randomly selected employees respond to a survey measuring the quality of their workplace culture. Headquartered in Denver, CH2M HILL has nearly 120 engineers, planners, scientists and construction management personnel in St. Louis.
