BLANCHE M TOUHILL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER MAKES DEBUT AT BREAKFAST WITH THE GAZELLES Members flocked to the August Breakfast with the Gazelles to hear Blanche Touhill speak as well as to get a first look at the recently completed Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center. The $52 million facility features two stages—the Anheuser-Busch Performance Hall seats 1,650, while the E. Desmond and Mary Lee Theater seats 350. Dr. Blanche Touhill shares her wisdom as the featured speaker at the August Breakfast with the Gazelles. She spoke about the many years of planning of the center and its niche in the community, as well as the important role of UMSL in the region.
