Economist Recruited as RCGA’s Director of Research and Chief Economist
Following an extensive local and national search, the RCGA has recruited
Bryan Bezold as the RCGA’s Director of Research and Chief
Economist. Bezold was formerly economist for Atlanta-based Southern
Company Services, the Fortune 500 parent firm for five regulated
utilities in the Southeast (Southern Company is the Atlanta counterpart
to AmerenUE). He also was formerly an economic analyst for the Georgia
General Assembly, where he analyzed the performance and policies
of Georgia governmental agencies. Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree
in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech, and a master’s in economics
from Georgia State University. |
