Please
join us at UMB Bank, N.A., St. Louis for a very unique
networking experience. UMB Bank is unveiling Frederick Brown's
newest project, the St. Louis mural. Commissioned by UMB Bank
for its main lobby at Broadway and Market Street, in downtown
St. Louis, this 100-foot-long mural captures the history of St.
Louis. The people and places that have defined St. Louis will
be represented on the 12-foot-high panels. Viewers will enjoy
seeing some of St. Louis' most famous subjects like the Louisiana
Purchase, Dred Scott and of course, the 1904 World's Fair.
Brown
is an internationally known artist, famous for his eclectic subject
matter. His works are exhibited in the Kemper Museum, Museum of
Contemporary and Religious Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Smithsonian,
National Gallery and even the White House. In 1988, Brown became
the first Western artist to have a solo show at the National Museum
of the Chinese Revolution.
