Greater St. Louis Inc., the economic development initiative of the St. Louis RCGA, is governed by a 22-member Board of Trustees that reports to the RCGA’s Board of Directors. The Trustees have governance responsibility over economic development, approving budget, program, and performance measures.
Represented on the board are a number of major private sector investors, four chief elected officials from throughout the region, and the elected chairs of the RCGA, Civic Progress, Regional Business Council, St. Charles Partners for Progress and Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois. The board meets quarterly throughout the year, with chairman and vice chairman meeting with the RCGA CEO and senior vice president monthly.
