Dr. Martin Schwarze will be honored at the 2008 American Heart Association Heart Ball with the Hugh D. McCulloch Award on April 5, 2008, at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Clayton. Each year, the Greater St. Louis Division of the American Heart Association presents the Hugh D. McCulloch Award to an individual in the field of cardiology and/or neurology who
symbolizes the integrity and values of the American Heart Association.
Schwarze is a clinical professor of medicine in the division of cardiology of Saint Louis University Hospitals, chief of cardiology
at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, and
medical director of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in St. Peters, Mo.
RAY NAMED PRESIDENT OF ENTERPRISE TRUST
Steven L. Ray has been named president of Enterprise Trust. An eight-year veteran of Enterprise Trust with more than 25 years in the industry, Ray has been leading Enterprise’s fiduciary trust operation for the past three years.

National City has announced that Thomas S. Sherman has joined the upper middle market banking group as a senior vice president.
He brings 20 years of commercial banking
