Other projects in the plan include a heart/cardiovascular center of excellence, a patient tower addition consolidating women and children’s services, additional outpatient and operating room suites, additional physician office space, a new emergency and trauma center, and parking improvements. About $50 million of the project funds are budgeted for providing regional ambulatory facilities.
