The corporate identity will also be reflected through the design of key areas to display artwork generated within the office space in an interesting manner.

Furniture Dealer: Workplace Resources
Size: 70,000 square feet
Completion date: March 1999
Description: The Peabody Group expanded its headquarters offices by leasing an additional 1-1/4 floor, creating a total of four contiguous floors. The existing floors of space were redesigned to accommodate the plans for the newer area. Block and stack diagrams were used along with the organizational chart to create a floor plan that would better facilitate different groups working together.
The most extensive changes were done to the 30,000-square-foot ninth floor. A sense of openness was created via a new floor plan and the introduction of more natural light. With the new layout, all major corridors now receive natural light from the perimeter windows.
The boardroom is in the open and features a large glass wall enabling visibility into the room. It also functions as a staff meeting room.
