NEW SUPERINTENDENT CHOSEN FOR GATEWAY ARCH

Tom Bradley has been named superintendent of the Gateway Arch. He previously worked as superintendent of the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Bradley will oversee the Jefferson Expansion National Memorial Park in St. Louis, which includes the Gateway Arch and the courthouse where the Dred Scott slavery trial was held in 1856.

BENOIST NAMED PRESIDENT AND CEO AT ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL SERVICES CORP.

Enterprise Financial Services Corp. has announced that Peter F. Benoist has been named president and CEO, effective May 1, 2008. He succeeds Kevin C. Eichner, who resigned in order to accept a position as president of Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kan.

Before his promotion, Benoist served as chairman of the board and executive vice president of Enterprise Financial and as chairman and CEO of Enterprise Bank & Trust.

James J. Murphy Jr., formerly the lead director for Enterprise Financial Services Corp., has assumed the role of non-executive chairman of the board. He is chairman and CEO of Murphy Company.

STEINBACH PROMOTED TO VP AT CB RICHARD ELLIS-ST. LOUIS

David Steinbach has been promoted to vice president of CB Richard Ellis-St. Louis. He has more than six years of experience in the field of tenant representation in both the Chicago and St. Louis markets. Earlier in his career, Steinbach worked as a consultant for Accenture.

HOWE NAMED CFO AT GEOTECHNOLOGY

Jim Howe has been promoted to chief financial officer of Geotechnology. He served as the firm's drilling group manager since 1989.

ARGENT CAPITAL EXPANDS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Argent Capital Management LLC has expanded its executive management team with the additions of Chris Redmond and Matt Jermak.

Redmond has joined the firm as its first-ever chief operating officer. He formerly worked as senior managing director of mergers and acquisitions for A.G. Edwards.

Jermak has joined the firm as its first portfolio manager for small cap stocks. He is a former vice president and manager of small cap products at Kennedy Capital with 12 years of experience managing small cap core portfolios.

HASTY CHOSEN TO PARTICIPATE IN LEADERSHIP MISSOURI

Denise Hasty, vice president of government affairs/public relations at the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis, is one of 40 Missouri business and state leaders chosen to participate in Leadership Missouri, a seven-month leadership enhancement program sponsored by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of current and emerging leaders through an in-depth exploration of the state's economic, political, and social issues.

HEARTLAND BANK ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PROMOTIONS

Heartland Bank has announced that president David Minton has taken the reins as both president and CEO.

Lisa Frederick has been promoted to chief operating officer. Samuel Luten has been promoted to chief lending officer and will join Minton and Frederick as a member of Heartland's executive management team.

SAMPL PROMOTED TO VP AT KWAME BUILDING GROUP

David Sampl has been promoted to vice president of the financial services group at Kwame Building Group. He has 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

GODFREY JOINS EVANS & DIXON AS CFO

Accountant Greg Godfrey has joined law firm Evans & Dixon LLC as chief financial officer. For the past six years, he served as chief financial officer for McBride & Son Contracting.

STONE CARLIE WELCOMES TZINBERG AND SCHWAGER TO NEW ROLES

At accounting firm Stone Carlie, accountant Charles Tzinberg has been named a senior member of the firm. Tzinberg had been a principal with Tzinberg, Goldenberg & Dowdy PC, in Glen Carbon, Ill., since 1984 until its recent merger with Stone Carlie. He is the member in charge of the new Glen Carbon office.

The company has welcomed Rita M. Schwager as principal in the tax and business services department.

GALLOP, JOHNSON & NEUMAN ELECTS THREE NEW PARTNERS

Gallop, Johnson & Neuman has announced that attorneys Cathy J. Futrowsky, Mitchell A. Gibson and Amy K. Mistler have been elected partners of the firm.

Futrowsky is a registered patent attorney in the firm's intellectual property practice group who is based in Washington D.C.

Gibson is a member of the firm's tax and estate planning departments.

Mistler practices in the real estate group, focusing on areas of property transactions, financing and general business law.

THE VANDIVER GROUP ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS

The Vandiver Group Inc. has announced that Kelly Ferrara and Laura Lock have been promoted to executive vice president and senior team leader, respectively.

Ferrara has 16 years of experience in public relations for corporate, nonprofit, higher education and community organizations and has spent the past nine years with The Vandiver Group.

Lock joined the firm in 2007 and has 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, branding and public relations for both corporate and non-profit entities.

CANNON DESIGN PROMOTES NUDI TO PRINCIPAL

At Cannon Design, Jeffrey H. Nudi has been promoted to principal at Cannon Design. He is a professional engineer and manager of engineering for the firm's Midwest region with 20 years of experience designing HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and piping systems for clients worldwide.

MASONRY INSTITUTE OF ST. LOUIS NAMES GRANT CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Brian J. Grant, owner of Grant Contracting Co. Inc., has been named chairman to the board of trustees for the Masonry Institute of St. Louis, a technological organization that serves as an educational and promotional resource for those interested in masonry design and construction.

FERNANDEZ JOINS UMB FINANCIAL CORP.

Bruce Fernandez has joined UMB Financial Corp. as director of fixed income strategies and senior vice president within the asset management division. He brings 25 years of asset management experience to UMB, most recently serving as chief financial officer and vice president at A.G. Edwards Trust Company.

BATES PROMOTED AT MIDCOAST AVIATION

Midcoast Aviation has promoted Steve Bates to vice president of the completions and modifications program at the company's St. Louis Downtown Airport facility. Bates joined Midcoast in 1976.

DUKE REALTY CORPORATION APPOINTS NEW HEAD OF ST. LOUIS OPERATIONS

Duke Realty Corporation has announced that Thomas (Toby) R. Martin has been named senior vice president and head of St. Louis operations. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 15 years.
