REGIONS FINANCIAL SELECTS ROTH TO HEAD
GREATER ST. LOUIS AREA
Regions Financial Corp. has promoted Sally Roth to be the area
executive who will lead banking operations throughout the St.
Louis region, which covers five counties in Missouri and Illinois.
She joined Regions in 2002 as executive vice president of wholesale
banking.
FIRST BANK NAMES VAN HORN VICE PRESIDENT
Rick Van Horn has joined First Bank as vice president at the
bank’s Montgomery City branch. Van Horn began his career with
Farmers Home Administration 17 years ago and most recently worked
as assistant vice president and commercial lender at U.S. Bank
in Montgomery City.
STERN BROTHERS & CO. HIRES NEW SENIOR
VICE PRESIDENT
Charles Forrest has joined Stern Brothers & Co.’s St. Louis
office as senior vice president. A 33-year veteran of the financial
industry, Forrest accepted his new position after 20 years with
a leading national financial services firm.
WRIGHT APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF TYCO HEALTHCARE’S
PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS AND IMAGING SOLUTIONS SEGMENTS
Tyco Healthcare has appointed Timothy R. Wright president of
Pharmaceutical Products and Imaging Solutions business segments.
Wright formerly served as interim CEO and a board member at
AAIPharma.
WILDLIFE HABITAT COUNCIL ANNOUNCES NEW
INCOMING CHAIRWOMAN OF THE BOARD
The Wildlife Habitat Council has announced that Émer ÓBroin,
vice president of environmental safety, health and human rights
at Monsanto Company, is the new chairwoman of the board of directors.
She is the first woman to lead the organization in its 19-year
history and has served on the board since 2003.
SISTERS OF MERCY HEALTH SYSTEM NAMES
NEW VP OF CLINICAL SAFETY AND VP/GENERAL COUNSEL
The Sisters of Mercy Health System has named Dr. Glenn Mitchell
vice president of clinical safety. Mitchell previously served
for 21 years with the U.S. Army Medical Corps before retiring
as a colonel in March 2005.
Philip Wheeler has been named vice president and general counsel
after serving as assistant general counsel for the Cleveland
Clinic in Cleveland.
HEARTLAND BANK APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT,
REORGANIZES SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Heartland Bank has reorganized its senior management team and
has chosen David Minton to take over as president. He replaces
Don Williams, who will remain as CEO. Minton, who has been with
Heartland Bank since 2003, most recently served as executive
vice president and senior lending officer. William Peters has
been promoted from chief financial officer of Heartland Bank
to chief financial officer of Love Savings & Holding Company,
Heartland’s parent company.
Lisa Frederick has been promoted to executive vice president
and chief administrative officer of Heartland Bank.
Sam Luten has been promoted to executive vice president and
senior lender in real estate.
DOYLE JOINS RUBINBROWN AS PARTNER
RubinBrown has selected Anna Aydt Doyle as a new partner. Doyle
has more than 19 years of experience in professional services
and previously worked for Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
SSM HEALTH CARE—ST. LOUIS PROMOTES WALKENHORST
TO REGIONAL VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES
SSM Health Care-St. Louis has promoted Debbie Walkenhorst to
regional vice president-human resources. She joined the organization
in 2003 and most recently worked as the network director-human
resources operations.
ARMSTRONG TEASDALE EXPANDS INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY PRACTICE
Attorney Thomas E. Nutter has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a
partner in its intellectual property practice. Nutter previously
served as intellectual property counsel and head of patent development
program for Ralston Purina Company from 1996 to 2002.
HBE CORPORATION HIRES NEW CFO
Dale Musick has been hired as the new chief financial officer
for HBE Corporation. He brings 30 years of professional experience
in executive financial management to his new role. He previously
worked as CEO of Custom Industries.
MANNEBACH PROMOTED AT ENTERPRISE BANK
& TRUST
Enterprise Bank & Trust has promoted Jack Mannebach to senior
vice president and director of specialized deposit products.
He joined the company in 1992 as a vice president.
