Greater St.
Louis Inc., the economic development initiative of the St. Louis
RCGA, is governed by an 19-member Board of Trustees that reports
to the RCGA’s board of directors. The trustees have direct governance
responsibility over economic development; approving budget, program,
and performance measures.
Represented on the board are a number of the major private sector
investors, four chief elected officials from throughout the region,
and the elected chairs of five civic organizations. The board meets
quarterly throughout the year, with the chairman and vice-chairman
meeting with the RCGA CEO and senior vice president monthly.
