On December 2nd the U.S. Census Bureau revised its population estimate for the City of St. Louis. The City has experienced resurgence and increased its population by 2,600 residents since last year. Since 2000, the population has risen almost one percent reversing a decline of 12 percent from the previous decade of 1990-2000.

With over $3 billion invested in development, the city is reaping the reward of its investment in housing and commercial property.
