The Public
Policy Council develops the policy positions in the RCGA Legislative
Program for approval by the Board of Directors. The Council meets
every two weeks during the legislative sessions to discuss public
policy issues facing the St. Louis region. Government affairs executives
from the region’s leading businesses, non-profit organizations,
and governments comprise the membership of the Council.
