The Greater
St. Louis Economic Development Council brings together representatives
of Civic Progress, RCGA, small business owners, labor leadership,
minority business owners, women business owners, leaders of economic
development organizations in the St. Louis region and the Mayor
of the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County Executive, St. Charles
County Executive, St. Clair County Board Chairman and the Madison
County Board Chairman.
By establishing a dialog at the top policy levels of the community,
the Council lays the groundwork for regional economic development
cooperation and provides advice and public advocacy on major economic
development issues.
