WHO'S Who Investors in the Campaign for a Greater St. Louis The Investor’s Council is comprised of more than 162 businesses in the bi-state region that have invested in the Campaign for a Greater St. Louis. In 1995, the Campaign raised $12 million to help market the region, retain existing businesses, recruit new businesses and promote legislative agendas conducive to job growth. Building on the momentum created in the first five years, the RCGA initiated a new Campaign for a Greater St. Louis in 2000 and raised $15 million in five-year commitments to fund the program.
