Roger N. Beachy, president and director of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center in St. Louis, has joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s board of directors. He also serves as a professor in the department of biology at Washington University in St. Louis.

NEW MOBILITY COMMANDER NAMED AT SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE

Gen. Arthur Lichte assumed command of the Air Mobility Command on Sept. 7 during a ceremony at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. Lichte previously worked at the Pentagon as the assistant vice chief of staff for the Air Force.

ALLEN NAMED REGIONAL VP OF COMMUNICATIONS AT AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION

Deborah Allen has been named regional vice president of communications and marketing for the Midwest affiliate of the American Heart Association. During her career, she has worked in corporate communications at Edward Jones and in community relations at the Missouri Department of Transportation.

ST. LOUIS COLLEGE OF PHARMACY HIRES NEW VP FOR ADVANCEMENT

Brett T. Schott has been named vice president for advancement at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Schott joins the college after six years with the Saint Louis Art Museum as director of development.

PARENTS AS TEACHERS NATIONAL CENTER NAMES CRAIG CFO

Accountant Tammy Craig has been selected by the Parents as Teachers National Center as the organization’s new chief financial officer. Craig joins the national nonprofit with more than 20 years of experience in the accounting industry. Previously she served as business manager for FlightSafety International Inc. in St. Louis.

Traci Dodson has been named vice president and relationship manager of the commercial group at Fifth Third Bank St. Louis. She brings 20 years of banking experience to her new role, most recently serving as vice president of corporate banking for First Bank in St. Louis.

Dick Mantia has returned to PRIDE of St. Louis Inc., a construction industry organization that he helped co-found 35 years ago, as board member emeritus. He served as executive secretary-treasurer of the St. Louis Building & Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO, from 1972 to 1992.

CB Richard Ellis named Jeffrey C. Kaiser as vice-president of office properties in the St. Louis office.

Kaiser joined CBRE in 2000 as an office properties specialist. Prior to joining CBRE, he held various positions with McCarthy Construction. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois-Champaign.
