According to the magazine’s notes, Enterprise Rent-A-Car hired more than 7,000 entry-level people in 2005 with an average annual base salary of less than $35,000 since January 2006. The company’s management training program “amounts to an ’MBA crash course’ for executive wannabes,” and new hires get to run their own business. Walt Disney Co. claimed the No. 1 spot followed by Lockheed Martin, Deloitte & Touche and Goldman Sachs.
