Gordon Joins
Fru-Con as VP of Equipment

Fru-Con Construction Corp. has named Guy Gordon vice president of
equipment. He brings more than 18 years of experience in construction
equipment management to this new position. Prior to joining Fru-Con,
Gordon was an operations manager at Black & Veatch Corp. in Kansas
City, Mo.
Angel Network Elects Six New Directors
St. Louis Angel Network Inc. (SLAN) has added six new members to
its board of directors. SLAN, a Missouri nonprofit corporation formed
in 1999, acts as a venture capital firm in assisting early-stage
companies in connecting with funding through accredited investors.
The six new directors are:

Frontenac Bank Promotes Haumueller and Kohring

Frontenac Bank has promoted Sue Haumueller to vice president of
retail sales at the Frontenac location and Holly Kohring to vice
president of loan administration at the Earth City location.

Haumueller brings 12 years of retail banking experience to her new
position. Prior to joining Frontenac Bank, Haumueller served in
the Private Banking Division at Bank of America.
Kohring has worked for Frontenac Bank since June 1999 and has more
than 16 years of loan administration. Previously, Kohring worked
in the Loan Administration Department at Union Planters Bank.
McManus Joins Midwest BankCentre
Sean McManus has joined Midwest BankCentre at WingHaven as senior
vice president of commercial lending. He has 26 years of commercial
banking experience. Most recently, McManus was with Enterprise Bank
in Clayton. In addition to the WingHaven location, Midwest BankCentre
has six other facilities in the St. Louis region.
CID Announces New Board Members
Central Institute for the Deaf (CID) has named five new members
to its board of managers. Joining the CID board are:

Beehner, D.D.S., M.D., oral and maxillofacial surgeon
on the staff of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine.

Operations Promotes Robinson to Senior VP

Matt Robinson, senior vice president of Environmental Operations
Inc.
Matt Robinson has been promoted to senior vice president at Environmental
Operations Inc. (EOI). Robinson joined EOI in 1986. Currently, he
leads a team of environmental engineers and researchers in the firm’s
efforts to procure compensation for its clients to offset the costs
of resolving environmental problems related to brownfields development.
Prior to his promotion, Robinson was vice president of property
assessment services.
