Bound for
Boston—Annual RCGA Leadership Exchange to Take Place Sept. 30 Through
Oct. 2
Building on the success of the St. Louis Regional Leadership Exchange
programs to Cleveland in 1996, Seattle in 1997, Baltimore in 1998,
Denver in 1999, and Toronto in 2000, the RCGA’s 6th Leadership Exchange
will take 125 St. Louis regional business, civic and elected leaders
to Boston on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, September 30, October 1
and 2.
The Leadership Exchange program provides an opportunity to discover
the best practices of another region, such as:
• the pivotal role the private and non-profit sectors play in central
city revitalization and regional economic development
• the issue of sustainable regional planning and development and
regional governance
• the importance of a shared regional vision and common priorities.
The Boston agenda will include examining Boston’s long-standing
life science success story. RCGA Leadership Circle members receive
priority invitations to the annual Leadership Trip. |
