LEUCK, MAHER AND BAUCHE PROMOTED AT
ENTERPRISE BANK & TRUST
Enterprise Bank & Trust has promoted Chuck Leuck to regional
president for St. Charles County and director of bank operations
for the company. Leuck joined Enterprise Financial in 1996 to
establish the bank’s expansion into St. Charles County.
Dennis Maher has been promoted to group president for the St.
Charles location, and Doug Bauche has been promoted to group
president for the St. Peters location. Maher joined the company
in 1996. Bauche joined the bank in 2000 and previously worked
for Mercantile Bank as vice president.
SISTERS OF MERCY HEALTH SYSTEM NAMES
ROTH VP OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR ST. LOUIS HOSPITALS
The Sisters of Mercy Health System has named Eugene Roth vice
president of information services for St. John’s Mercy Health
Care, which includes St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St.
Louis and St. John’s Mercy Hospital in Washington, Mo. Previously
Roth served as chief information officer at High Point Regional
Health System in High Point, N.C.
GOODMAN, SARACHAN AND GREENBAUM TAKE

Mark E. Goodman and Gary R. Sarachan of Capes, Sokol, Goodman
& Sarachan PC have been named co-chairmen of the law firm’s
litigation practice area. Sheila Greenbaum has been elected
as a director and shareholder of the law firm. She joined the
firm in January 2004 with 30 years of legal experience.

Law firm Danna McKitrick has chosen James A. Borchers, a St.
Charles business lawyer, as the firm’s newest principal. Borchers

ST. JOHN’S MERCY HEALTH CARE NAMES FRANK VP OF OPERATIONS
St. John’s Mercy Health Care has named Virginia Frank vice president
of operations. She had been affiliated with Allina Hospitals
& Clinic in Minneapolis, Minn., since 2000. Prior to joining
Allina, Frank worked as chief information officer for Florida
Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale from 1977-2000.
EVANS & DIXON LLC ELECTS THREE NEW MEMBERS
Mary Anne Lindsey, Jay C. Lory and Elizabeth S. Shocklee have
been elected members at Evans & Dixon LLC. Lindsey has been
with the firm since 1988 and specializes in Missouri and federal
appellate work. Lory joined Evans & Dixon in 1998 and handles
workers’ compensation cases in multiple industries. Shocklee
has spent the past 11 years at Evans & Dixon handling cases
that range from neck injuries to permanent disabilities.

Scott Radiological Group has announced that Dr. Jonathan D.
Dehner, the group's president and CEO since 1990, has been appointed
chairman of the board of directors. Dr. James A. Junker, who
currently serves as executive vice president, will take over

Logos School named Alice Drobisch vice president of development
& marketing. Drobisch brings more than eleven years of non-profit
experience from the American Heart Association and Junior Achievement
of Mississippi Valley.
In her new role Drobisch will provide leadership, oversight
and structure for all development and marketing activity.

Bradley J. Sylwester and Patricia L. Bland have joined Paule,

ROCKERS NAMED PRESIDENT OF ST. LOUIS
METROPOLITAN HOSPITAL COUNCIL
Thomas H. Rockers, president and CEO of St. Anthony’s Medical
Center, has been elected to a one-year term as president of
the St. Louis Metropolitan Hospital Council. As one of six district
council presidents, he will direct input from council members
on national, state and regional health care policies to the
Missouri Hospital Association’s board of trustees.
RIGHTNOWAR NAMED CHAIRWOMAN OF NATIONAL
DENTAL TASK FORCE
Angie Rightnowar, director of corporate communications for Delta
Dental of Missouri, has been nominated to chair the Dental Education
and Promotion Task Force of the Dental Committee of America’s
Health Insurance Plans through 2007. She will work with task
force members to create a new dental benefits curriculum that
will allow individuals to be certified as dental insurance associates.

OFFICERS FOR 2007
The Great Rivers Greenway District has announced officers elected
for 2007 by the board of directors. David Rosenberg, representing
St. Louis County, has been elected president; Anne Klein, representing
St. Charles County, has been elected vice president; Jim Hall,
representing St. Louis County, has been elected secretary; and
Neal Perryman, representing the City of St. Louis, has been
elected treasurer.
2007 SIOR ST. LOUIS BOARD INSTALLED
The St. Louis chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office
REALTORS® has installed Joseph F. McGauley and John E. Pound
as its 2007 and 2008 presidents, respectively. McGauley, a senior
director and principal with Gateway Commercial/Cushman & Wakefield
Alliance, previously served as vice president, treasurer and
secretary for SIOR.
Pound is a principal with Commercial Realty Associates.
