8TH FORTUNE 500 HEADQUARTERS
By adding the Monsanto Co. to its list, the St. Louis region now
has eight Fortune 500 company headquarters, according to the magazine’s
recently released annual rankings. Including the 11 companies in
the 2nd Fortune 500, the region is home to 19 Fortune 1000 companies,
with combined revenues of over $95 billion annually.
