GREAT RIVERS GREENWAY NAMES TWO NEW DIRECTORS
Great Rivers Greenway has announced that Robert Epstein and Monica Huddleston have been appointed to serve on the board of directors as representatives for St. Louis County.
Epstein is an attorney with Gallop, Johnson & Neuman LC who practices real estate, general business and environmental law.
Huddleston, who retired from Southwestern Bell in 2000 after a 25-year career, serves as treasurer for the board of directors of the St. Louis Regional Empowerment Zone on behalf of St. Louis County.

MasterCard Worldwide has appointed Antonio “Tony” Ferri to the newly created position of group executive of enterprise architecture. He joined MasterCard after serving as a senior consultant at Dante Consulting.

SISTERS OF MERCY HEALTH SYSTEM’S NEW LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
The Sisters of Mercy Health System has restructured its executive leadership team to capitalize on existing expertise and to create a stronger sense of partnership across Mercy’s operations.
Mike McCurry has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer. He joined Mercy in 1988 and since 2000 has held a variety of Mercy-wide positions that include president of the supply chain division and, most recently, chief information officer.
James R. Jaacks has been named executive vice president of finance. Jaacks joined Mercy in 1991 and has served as chief financial officer since 1999.
Randall J. Combs has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer. Combs has served as a leader within Mercy for more than 22 years, most recently as chief operating officer and chief financial officer at St. John’s Mercy Health Care in St. Louis.
Kim Day has been named senior vice president–regional markets. Day joined Mercy as chief financial officer of the Springfield region in 2000 and was named president/CEO in 2005.
Denny DeNarvaez has been named senior vice president of regional markets. She will continue to serve as president/CEO of St. John’s Mercy Health Care in St. Louis and Washington, Mo., and also will assume executive oversight of the Oklahoma region.

MERCY HEALTH CARE ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES
At St. John’s Mercy Health Care, Eric Eoloff has been named chief operating officer. Since 2006, he has served as vice president of support services with responsibilities for the lab, emergency department and urgent care clinics.
Cheryl Matejka has been named chief financial officer. She served as the vice president of finance since 2006.
John Howard has been named senior vice president of strategic development and general counsel. He joined St. John’s Mercy in 2001 as the director of corporate compliance and was named general counsel in 2003.

Timothy L. Vosse has been elected corporate vice president and chief financial officer of Bethesda Health Group. He joined the organization in 1999 as assistant controller and took over as acting CFO in 2008.
